Quality policy

In Panceliac quality and food safety must be completely guaranteed, offering 100% gluten-free products made with the best selection of raw materials and carrying out strict controls in each of our production process.
For this reason we have implemented our own quality policy that meets each of the following requirements:

  • Development of safe products through an exhaustive selection of gluten-free raw materials, constant analysis and continuos evaluation of health hazards and critical control points, establishing corrective measures, if necessary.
  • Compliance with the needs expressed by our customers, to ensure their satisfaction, and assuming our responsibility to them.
  • Ensure the management of resources, complying with the commitment to prevent pollution as well as the eficient and racional use of them.
  • Compliance with the legal requirements of the sector, in terms of quality, safety and food hygiene and the environment.
  • Awareness and training of our staff, encouraging teamwork, internal communication, customer focus and respect for food hygiene.
  • Continuous improvement of our products and processes through the use of the most appropriate technology, by planning and periodically reviewing work procedures.

The quality of our products and production processes are evaluated annually by national and international quality bodies, that guaranteed that the described requirements are satisfactorily met.

At present, Panceliac has the following certificates:


IFS (INTERNATIONAL FOOD CERTIFICATE) establishes requirements for quality management systems in companies in the food sector, with the aim of achieving maximum safety in the manufacture and handling of food.


European License System “Espiga Barrada”. This is the international symbol without gluten and is currently regulated by the AOECS (Society of Celiac Associations of Europe). In Spain, FACE is one of those responsible for granting this certification. It is a symbol internationally recognized by all those people who must follow a gluten-free diet, providing great confidence to the celiac group.
